I am a qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist with specialist training in working with children and young people, and I have experience working within NHS CAMHS. Alongside my clinical background, I am also a Reiki Healer and Sound Therapy Practitioner, allowing me to support healing on emotional, psychological, and energetic levels.
My work is rooted in evidence-based psychological practice, while also integrating holistic approaches to support the whole person. I have incorporated Havening Techniques into my practice as a gentle, neuroscience-informed method that helps regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and process trauma in a safe and compassionate way. I have found Havening to be particularly effective for both adults and children, especially when traditional talking therapies feel overwhelming or insufficient.
By integrating Havening with established therapeutic models, Reiki, and sound therapy, I offer a flexible and personalised approach to healing. This integrative style supports clients in moving beyond symptoms toward deeper self-regulation, resilience, and emotional wellbeing—helping them heal from the inside out.
